Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation made more than 21 days prior to arrival: 20% change to credit card
• Cancellation made 0-21 days prior to arrival: 50% charge to credit card
• No show: 60% charge made to credit card

Minimum Stay is 2 nights unless by prior arrangement and we therefore reserve the right to charge for 2 nights at applicable room rate.
